The Project Manager is a temporary position within the operational delivery team providing Facilities & Energy Management Services.  Monday to Friday, 40hrs£400per day via umbrella (NO LTD).Till Nov 2025, minimumBased 5 days a week until June/July in Exeter and then from Plymouth on site.  Specific ResponsibilitiesProvide PM duties for several small projects in an healthcare environment.Ensuring that suppliers, specialists and sub-contractors are engaged in accordance with Company Policies Procedures, applicable SWAH Policies and Procedures, current Health Technical Memorandums (HTMs) and Statutory Regulations and as required to meet the response times as the Contract requirements.Attend Client meetings to provide progress updates and ensure all actions are recorded, complete and evidenced.Communication with the project team to ensure all actions are complete to full satisfaction.Decision making from reviewing all information.Monitor and review contractors and specialists in a formal and recorded manner to ensure attendance and work is carried out as and to standard required and in compliance with all requirements.Review completed work and documentation and ensure any remedial actions are followed and actioned within the reporting definitions and timeframes.Co-ordination of work when required with internal and external resources in line with procedures.Liaising with all stakeholders including architect, designers, consultants, contractors, Building Control, Trust members etc.Ensure all areas of CDM responsibilities are covered.Ensure all recoverable costs including information required for are captured.Ensure the operation and maintenance (O&M), drawings and room data sheets (RDS) are updated.Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4Recruitment Services is an equal opportunities employer.To discuss this vacancy, please apply to the job with your updated CV.
