Venn Group are currently working with an NHS organisation in the South West, who are seeking a Project Manager on a permanent basis. The successful post-holder will largely be focusing on a variety of Cost Improvement and Financial Efficiency programmes.

Main duties of the job:

  • Programme and Project Meeting support:
    • RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision) Log management
    • Independent and accurate Governance reporting
    • Provision of support to Lead to ensure project team are informed, aligned, engaged on all aspects of project planning and reporting
  • Provide guidance and assistance to Trust Business representatives/managers on issues relating to project management
  • Manage all aspects of projects stages through; initiation, planning, design, execution, monitor/ sustain and maintain a robust change and delivery management framework for assigned projects
  • Work with finance partner and business rep to support creation of project benefits realisation framework process
  • Support cost improvement

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in carrying out cost improvement/financial efficiencies within the NHS
  • Ability to implement significant change involving change management
