gap personnel are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a specialist construction company. The area covered is Devon/Cornwall/South.

You will be working for a company who are the principal installer of composite panels within the manufacturing industry. Designing, supplying, and installing cost effective solutions to high standards.

As a Project Manager your job will include:

Maintain and develop the business with existing and new clients (99% of their business is repeat)
Lead construction projects from concept to completion
To oversee projects from £100 to £1 million plus
Manage and coordinate a small workforce and subcontractors
Ability to estimate projects
Maintain working relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Be able to work on your own from a home environment
Strong IT and literacy skills
Reporting directly into the MD

Hours & Pay:

Monday to Friday
£55,000 + car + fuel card
5 weeks holiday
Home working (on site when needed)
Salary paid weekly
