- Project Management: Overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects.
- Procurement & Resources: Managing procurement of materials and subcontractors.
- H&S & Site Documentation: Maintaining site documentation, including RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
- Quality Control: Overseeing quality on-site and managing site teams.
- Client Liaison: Communicating effectively with clients and ensuring satisfaction.
- Commercial Management: Ensuring sound commercial management of each project, balancing costs and timelines.
- Proven track record in Project or Site Management (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
- Experience in refurbishment and fit-out projects (preferred).
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and solve problems efficiently
- SMSTS, CSCS. First Aid at Work
- Relevant driving licence.
