Electrical Contracts Manager
Location:Exeter office (covering as far as North Somerset and Bristol)
Package:42,000 - 47,000 + van, fuel and benefits
My client, a leading national property services contractor, has an opportunity for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join them in their Exeter office on a permanent basis.This is working on a retrofit and kitchen and bathroom contract on social housing stock.
You will need:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Project Manager in the electrical industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical building services, power distribution, structured cabling, and fit-out projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with main contractors and direct clients.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, NICEIC requirements, and health & safety regulations.
- Relevant industry qualifications and certifications.
- Should be self-motivated and well organised with proficient IT skills
- High level of attention to detail and Customer focused
- Self assured and able to work under pressure and deal with demanding clients.
