Are you a Manager or Supervisor experienced working with social housing or local authorities who is looking to join a regionally recognised company that are offering the chance to build and manage a brand new decarbonisation team while developing your knowledge within decarbonisation through technical training?

The company are a well-established company operating across the Southwest, specializing in construction, refurbishment, painting and decorating, fire safety solutions, cyclical maintenance, and social housing projects, with a strong commitment to delivering quality and reliable services. They are also now looking to grow a decarbonisation business unit within the company.
In this role the successful candidate will oversee the delivery of decarbonisation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with necessary standards. The specifics of decarbonisation can be developed and trained on. They will join the senior team to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and expand the decarbonisation unit's market presence. This will be an office-based role with occasional site travel.
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience and will have worked with social housing or local authorities. They will have experience within a project, contract or construction management role and be keen to join a brand new role where they can take responsibility for growing a business unit.

The Role:
* Manage the delivery of decarbonisation projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and compliant outcomes.

The Person:
* Previous management experience
* Experience working with social housing or local authorities
* Experience within a project, contract or construction management role
* Commutable Yeovil, Portishead, Exeter or Bodmin
* Full UK Drivers Licence
