We are recruiting on behalf of our client, one of the most innovative, independent law firms in the area for a Litigation Professional to join their team. About the Role
The Litigation Department deals with a broad range of civil litigation work and currently comprises seven fee earners together with support staff.
The work comprises a variety of litigation, including property disputes, residential landlord and tenant matters, contract and debt disputes, and commercial disputes.
- Run small claims and FastTrack cases with little supervision.
- Intermediate Track cases with some supervision and assist a partner on Multi Track Cases.
- Involvement in the firms marketing and business development plan.
- Attending company networking and social events.
This is a fulltime post. You must be able to work in the office (Exeter) most of your week, although an element of hybrid working is available once you have passed your probation.
About You
- The successful candidate will have about 3 to 5 years litigation experience in total, and could be a senior paralegal, a CILEX, or a solicitor.
- Be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
- Always represent the company in a positive fashion adhering to its core values.
- Posses a positive, can-do attitude.
- Hold a full valid UK driving licence and transport.
