If you’re an experienced Mortgage Advisor in the Exeter area, looking to work for an award winning firm, with all leads provided and offers remote working, admin support and market leading technology, we would like to hear from you!
Working with a number of newbuild sites across the Exeter region you will have a constant supply of leads to provide advice to on Mortgages and Protection. The majority of the role will be done remotely with some requirements to visit head office in Southampton for training as well as site visits across the area to continue to grow and nurture the relationships.
Mortgage Advisor Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, specialising in new build properties.
- Working in partnership with a number of newbuild sites in the local area.
- Provide advice and recommendation on protection products.
- Keep knowledge up to date with continued professional development and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Mortgage Advisor Qualifications & Requirements:
- CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice qualified.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with new builds is beneficial but not necessary.
- Located in or around the Exeter area.
Mortgage Advisor Benefits:
- Basic salary of £30,000 to £36,000 per annum.
- OTE in excess of £50,000.
- Guaranteed commission for the first 6 months.
- Working hours Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm with some weekend work.
- Days off in lieu for weekends worked.
- Mostly remote working post training with some office and site visits required.
- 21 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays and additional days over Christmas.
