A Credit Controller is sought to facilitate the smooth operation of financial transactions within a thriving property business. This role involves maintaining client accounts, liaising with tenants, and ensuring prompt payment of rents.
You will need to be good on the phone, good with accounts/numbers and ideally have some credit control experience.

Description
- Oversee and manage client accounts to ensure prompt payment of rents.
- Liaise with tenants, handling any queries or issues related to rent payments.
- Conduct regular rent account reviews and updates.
- Provide detailed reports to management on rent account status.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations within the property industry.
- Work closely with the wider Accounting & Finance department to optimise efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Support with other ad hoc duties within the department as required.
Profile
A successful Rent Credit Controller should have:
- An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in financial systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A firm understanding of the property industry and associated regulations.
