Position: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Exeter, Sowton.

Job Type: Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:00, Sat rota: 8:00-12:30 (occasional on rota basis)

Salary: £26,500 starting salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely and precise delivery of daily produce to clients.
• Verify orders processed, customer site information, and pricing accuracy.
• Streamline communication with clients and suppliers.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards, primarily through phone and email.
• Record and enter all client orders meticulously.
• Maintain high standards of client data for accurate deliveries and effective communication.
• Utilise an electronic CRM-style computer database for managing information.
