Position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Exeter, Sowton.
Job Type: Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:00, Sat rota: 8:00-12:30 (occasional on rota basis)
Salary: £26,500 starting salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely and precise delivery of daily produce to clients.
- Verify orders processed, customer site information, and pricing accuracy.
- Streamline communication with clients and suppliers.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards, primarily through phone and email.
- Record and enter all client orders meticulously.
- Maintain high standards of client data for accurate deliveries and effective communication.
- Utilise an electronic CRM-style computer database for managing information.
