gap personnel are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a leading recycling and waste management company. Â
As a Customer Service Advisor your duties include:
- First point of contact for customers
- Accurately and efficiently process bookings
- Using the company systems to collate and input information
- Maintain Records
- Abide by company policies
About You:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience within a customer service role
- Ability to manage complaints
- Efficient with Microsoft Excel Â
 Working hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- £25,000 per annum
