About the Role

  • £30,000 basic salary + 3% Bonus + Benefits
  • Based at our Greendale Base in Exeter
  • Offered on a 13 Month Fixed Term Contract / Full Time
  • 42.5 hours per week.

What will I be doing?

  • Liaising with customers to ensure high service levels are maintained for our customers.
  • You’ll be the first point of contact for clients in your region, dealing with requests, queries and tasks large and small.
  • At the same time, you’ll make sure that all admin is dealt with quickly and efficiently, in line with our procedures.
  • This will include dealing on both phone and email to arrange services, confirm ing services are achieved as well as confirming billing details are correct and invoices match for payment.

What are the requirements?

  • Clearly, you need to be good with people and happy resolving queries and problems. It’s the sort of job that suits approachable, helpful people who can express themselves well.
  • You also need to be professional and efficient - ready to deal with tasks swiftly and accurately.
  • Previous admin experience would be ideal, but it isn’t essential. What’s more important is the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of the waste management industry would be fantastic but again, this is not obligatory.
  • Keen eye for detail.
