We are currently seeking a Multi Skilled Technician with a core trade in Carpentry, who is also experienced in a range of additional trades, including masonry, plastering, and fencing, to join our dynamic team. You will be working across Exeter, North Devon, East Devon, and surrounding areas, providing essential fault fixing and maintenance services for multiple sites within our portfolio. This role also involves being part of our out of hours service, ensuring customer safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality fault fixing and maintenance services across multiple sites.
- Participate in the out of hours service, ensuring customer safety and support.
- Represent LiveWest as an ambassador, demonstrating professionalism and customer care.
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Core trade in Carpentry (formal qualification or qualified by experience).
- Competent in general multi-skilled abilities including masonry, plastering, and fencing.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers confidently.
- Previous experience working in customer properties is desirable.
- Full, valid UK driving license is essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A Basic DBS check is required for this role to ensure the safety and security of our customers.
