Role: Service Advisor
Location: Exeter
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 P/A
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
- Manage the schedules of a team of engineers.
- Book preventative and corrective maintenance visits for multiple engineers.
- Invoice engineers' visits.
- Ensure all client account administration is accurate and up to date.
- Provide analysis reports to management for their weekly/monthly meetings.
- Liaise with managers daily/weekly, providing updates on jobs, difficult customers, and queries with engineers.
- Passively acquire new service contracts.
- Handle general correspondence.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by a manager/director.
Requirements:
- Strong Organisational Skills: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
- Excellent Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, engineers, and team members, including listening to client needs and conveying instructions accurately.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Quickly address and resolve issues that arise during the day.
- Customer Service Orientation: Be empathetic and patient, understanding and addressing client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges to maintain smooth operations.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members and service providers to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all aspects of service delivery are executed accurately and efficiently.
