I am working with a client in Exeter who is looking for a Service Advisor on a temp to perm basis.

The client is looking to bring someone on quickly hence the temp to perm route. Start date will be asap.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.

  • Manage the schedules of a team of engineers.
  • Book preventative and corrective maintenance visits for multiple engineers.
  • Invoice engineers' visits.
  • Ensure all client account administration is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide analysis reports to management for their weekly/monthly meetings.
  • Liaise with managers daily/weekly, providing updates on jobs, difficult customers, and queries with engineers.
  • Passively acquire new service contracts.
  • Handle general correspondence.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by a manager/director.

  • Excellent Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, engineers, and team members, including listening to client needs and conveying instructions accurately.

  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members and service providers to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all aspects of service delivery are executed accurately and efficiently.
