Exeter City Centre (Hybrid)
£23,837.80 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Sunday, 8 hour shifts between 8am - 10pm Mon - Fri and 8am - 8pm Sat -Sun
Role overview
- We are seeking a motivated, and sales orientated WebChat Sales Advisors to join our clients team of 11 webchatters. You will;
· Use an online conversation platform to build rapport with customers and drive sales.
· Approach every interaction with customers as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer experience.
· Be responsible for identifying customer needs and using solution-based selling to offer Vodafone products and services that meet those needs.
· Be required to meet defined metrics for sales, compliance and customer experience.
· Offer outstanding customer service to drive great customer satisfaction.
· It will be a fast paced role so resilience is key – being able to bounce back from minor setbacks and keeping motivated for your next customer will be important.
· Strong IT and multitasking skills are essential as two chats are taken at the same time.
· Act with good conduct and within guidelines of the Finance Conduct Authority.
· Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements.

Core competencies/Experience;
· Previous sales experience is required.
· Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong IT skills
· Excellent multitasking
· Business Development, ability to identify potential opportunities and secure/close opportunity.
