The day-to-day responsibilities will be to perform a variety of duties whilst working alongside both customer, clients and Engineers to resolve technical issues. The successful candidate will be offered full training on both company's systems and products and will play their part in a growing Customer Service team. The Role
*Liaising with all customer, clients and Engineers to resolve technical issues
*To provide technical support on calls and emails to customers
*Supporting Management for a variety of duties
*Full training provided
The Person
*Customer Service Administrator / Advisor / Support Coordinator or similar background considered
*Candidates with a practical background or hands on experience are encouraged to apply
*Able to work with IT/ Company Internal Systems
*Ex Force candidates are encouraged to apply and will be offered training
