- Leading and motivating a team to achieve store targets.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
- Assisting in the development of store strategies to expand store traffic and optimise profitability.
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
- Maintaining store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Reporting on buying trends, customer needs and profits.

Job Offer
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per year depending on experience.
- Flexible contracts. You'll usually work over 5 days, but - if it helps - you can work a 40-hour contract over 4 days. Can offer 32 and 36 hour contracts, and in these instances the salary offered would be pro-rated.
