Working with a number of schools across Exeter and Devon, we at Zen are looking for enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to provide support to young people with their education.
You will be required to provide support for young people either on a 1:1 basis or as a general classroom assistant, helping the class teacher. You will be supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) so you will need to be able to remain calm and patient when faced with challenging behaviours.
To be successful in this role the applicant will:

- Be enthusiastic, proactive and patient
- Be resilient and willing to learn
- Be committed to working full-time
- Experience working with children with SEN is beneficial but not necessary. There are a number of backgrounds that have transferable skills such as Care, Support Work, Sports Coaching and many more
