Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: ExeterSalary: £29,000 - £35,000Shift Pattern: 2 Shift System (Week 1: Monday to Thursday 6am-3pm, Friday 6am-2pm | Week 2: Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm)

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for electrical maintenance to grow within a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine electrical maintenance across a variety of systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
  • Support continuous improvement and contribute to maintenance planning and schedules
  • Work closely with other maintenance engineers to ensure all systems are running optimally

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, fault finding, and diagnostics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to a rotating shift pattern
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds)
