Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems and components in residential and commercial settings.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints to understand project specifications.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing electrical work.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure seamless project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including any materials used and time spent on tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the electrical field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to electrical work.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work are preferred but not mandatory.
