Electricians -  £17.00 - £19.50 per hour- M5 Corridor (Bristol to Exeter)
The Role
Are you a skilled electrician looking for a role that offers a variety of installation and maintenance tasks? Do you have experience in fault finding, control panels, and power circuits? If so, we’d love to have you join our team!
As an Electrician with B W Controls, you’ll be responsible for on-site installations and maintenance work. This includes installing control panels, instrumentation, power, and lighting circuits. You’ll test new and existing assets, troubleshoot power and control circuits, and carry out general maintenance inspections and repairs.
What We Can Offer:
- Competitive pay: £17.00 - £19.50 per hour (based on experience).
- 45 hours per week.
- Full travel paid 'door-to-door'.
- 21 days holiday + 8 statutory bank holidays.
- 10 days full pay sickness allowance.
- Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
- Overtime pay:
- Time and a quarter for 47.5 to 50 hours.
- Time and a half for over 50 hours and Saturdays.
- Double time for Sundays.

Who We AreÂ
B W Controls formed 30+ years ago, primarily manufacturing motor control centres (MCC’s). Today we are a 25+ strong team, still offering our MCC manufacturing service alongside full Mechanical , Electrical , Instrumentation , Control , Automation MEICA services primarily for our blue-chip clients.
The Person
- Valid ECS card.
- Full UK driver’s licence.
- Previous experience in electrical installations, fault finding, and testing is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Located along the M5 corridor (Bristol to Exeter).
