Maintenance Electrician

Your new companyYou will be working for a leading FM company working on one of their client sites in Exeter.

Your new role

As a maintenance electrician, your role will involve duties to include:

Removing/installing lightingRemoving/installing electrical socketsEnsure RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to always ensure safe working practicesAll reactive tasks throughout the building are completed, proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be madeSupervising and monitoring of sub-contractor works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance/fixes, keeping them honest. Ensuring permits and RAMS are adhered toTo develop a good working relationship with all members of the CBRE team, subcontractors, and client's staffEnsure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment is met, including the wearing of uniform and appropriate PPE always.

What you'll need to succeed

You will hold a formal electrical qualification and your 18th edition.You will have good communication and be a team player who is able to multitask and prioritise workloadCommitted to the delivery of excellent customer serviceCalm manner, able to work under pressure and make sound decisions when neededPhysically fit and able to carry tools and components by hand up to 20kgAble to work at heightsObtain full Security Clearance.
