Are you a experienced Maintenance Engineer with a background in Manufacturing supporting a team of Engineers looking for a step up into management? Due to continued growth and an increase in orders, my client is looking to recruit a confident Senior Engineer to take responsibility of their highly skilled engineering team. You will lead, motivate and drive the performance of a maintenance team alongside the Engineering Manager, within a state of the art modern site based in Exeter.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the team, overseeing all maintenance on the machinery, scheduling planned maintenance, managing contractors, following health and safety procedures and many more tasks. The successful Senior Engineer will be in communication with Managers in the team to ensure the business runs smoothly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lead or experienced Engineer looking to make a move into a Senior and management role within a continuous growing forward-thinking company.
