This role supports Executive Directors and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and diplomacy. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient diary management, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive, independent, and flexible diary management for Executive Directors.
  • Arrange UK and international travel, including rail, flights, hotels, and visas, adhering to policies and budgets.
  • Support meetings and events by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage executive inboxes, highlighting urgent matters and taking action where appropriate.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining up-to-date contact details.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as processing expenses and preparing supporting documents.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Competency in Outlook and Office 365.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
