We are seeking a Production Operative to join our team. This role requires manual dexterity and a keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and ensuring that production standards for quality and productivity are met consistently.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assemble with precision, ensuring each component fits according to specifications.
  • Adhere to productivity and quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Follow detailed manufacturing procedures without deviation to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Observe strict Health and Safety regulations, particularly when operating machinery, to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Keep the work area clean and organised, free from potential hazards.
  • Report any machinery or equipment faults to the Section Leader or Supervisor promptly.
  • Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders with a focus on quality.
  • Dispose of waste and scrap material in accordance with the company’s environmental guidelines.
  • Monitor the quality and consistency of products continuously to uphold the company’s quality standards.

The hours are 37.5 per week. There are two start time for the candidate to choose from.

Monday to Thursday

07:00am – 03:30pm or 08:30am – 05:00pm. This includes two 15 minutes paid breaks, and a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

Friday

07:00am – 12:30pm or 08:30am – 02:00pm. This includes one 20 minute paid break.
