From life insurance and critical illness cover to new build mortgage products, you’ll be their trusted advisor throughout their homebuying journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert mortgage and protection advice, including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.
  • Build strong relationships with developers, builders, and professionals in the new build sector.
  • Assess clients’ financial circumstances and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products.
  • Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and protection providers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Stay up to date with new build financing programs, protection products, and market trends.
  • Offer continuous support and address client concerns, ensuring a seamless homebuying experience.

Mortgage Broker Package OptionsBasic Salary: £30,000 per annum.

  • Work 1 weekend in 4 with 2 days off in lieu.

Basic Salary: £36,000 per annum.

  • Work 2 weekends in 4 with 4 days off in lieu.

Both packages include:

  • Commission Structure: up to 25%
  • Leads provided.
  • 25 days holiday per year

Mortgage Broker Desired Skills and Experience
