Our client, a leading forward-thinking organisation, is currently seeking a proactive Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic finance team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As the Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive financial insights and strategic guidance, providing actionable recommendations that drive organisational performance and inform decision-making processes.
The responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
- Deliver clear financial analysis and commentary to support business performance evaluation.
- Report monthly business performance to the group finance team.
- Present financial performance to senior management via the group finance team.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct re-forecasting of financial performance as needed.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic financial insights.
- Lead monthly departmental reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Manage a team of Management Accountants, providing mentorship and guidance.
The candidate:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven experience and strong data analysis skills.
- Proactive and collaborative professional with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strategic problem-solver with exceptional organisational skills and innovative thinking.
- Meticulous and results-driven professional committed to delivering precise, high-quality outcomes.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
