Butler Rose is working with a sector leading organisation in the Exeter area to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis.
This role has arisen due to company growth and will form a key part of both the finance and wider organisation.
Key duties will include:
- Lead and manage a small finance team
- Monthly management accounts production and commentary
- Reporting of KPIs and other areas of business performance
- Budgeting and forecasting and liaising with budget holders for re-forecasting as required
- Working with a range of stakeholders across the business in a business partnering capacity
- Provide relevant financial information to help inform business decisions
- Project accounting and various analysis as required by the business
The successful candidate will be a formally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong all round finance skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
