About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a proactive Senior Business Partner to join a leading housing provider in the South West. This role will support the Asset Management division, focusing on investment and sustainability initiatives for existing homes. Youll partner with senior managers to provide financial insights, ensuring accountability and driving performance to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial expertise for investment and sustainability strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to address financial performance challenges.
  • Lead the preparation of the annual asset management budget and 30-year business plan.
About You:
To succeed, youll have:
  • CCAB part or fully qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • A strong background in financial management, budgeting, variance analysis, and Value for Money principles.
  • Experience with MS Excel (advanced), and familiarity with Power BI (desirable).
  • Strong project planning and process improvement skills.
  • Experience in social housing or a related sector (desirable).
