This pivotal role involves supporting investment and sustainability initiatives, providing crucial financial insights to senior managers and budget holders to achieve performance goals.

• Day-to-day Impact: Deliver financial expertise to advance investment and sustainability strategies for existing projects. Partner with senior managers to tackle financial performance challenges, ensuring accountability and progress. Lead the preparation of the annual asset management budget and long-term business plan to support sustainable growth.
• Professional Growth: Engage in a role where your contributions directly influence the strategic direction and sustainability of the business.

• Qualifications: CCAB qualified, or equivalent experience (support provided for continuing studies).
• Technical Skills: Strong background in financial and management accounting, budgeting, variance and ratio analysis, and Value for Money principles. Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with Power BI; proficient in MS Office and finance/housing management systems.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in project planning, process improvement, and translating complex data into meaningful reports. Proven accuracy and a strong focus on risk management.

• Flexible Working: Work from home for 2-3 days a week.
