A successful and highly reputable firm of chartered accountants based in Exeter has a requirement for a Senior Manager to join their team as a key addition and support role to the firms directors. You will be taking on full portfolio management responsibility and delivery of wide ranging accounts and tax services, along with addiction operational and practice managerial responsibility.

Description
Joining as Senior Manager based from the firms Exeter offices you will lead and manage the delivery of accounts, tax and wider business services to clients across varied industries developing client relationships, delivering on wide ranging business advisory and planning work. You will lead, manage, support and develop the wider team and you will also work closely with the firms directors with potential to take on a wider practice managerial and operational capacity as part of your role as well, looking at staff development, improving productivity, firm efficiency's and profitability. You will therefore have clear opportunity to progress within this highly successful and growing firm in the region.
Profile
For this Senior Manager role you may be any of ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA qualified with a career background developed within accountancy practice, with skills across any mix of: audit, accounts, tax and all around, general accountancy practice service delivery. Your career will have been developed within an accountancy practice firm environment of any size from small, independent accounting firm background, through to the Top Tier firms to around the Managerial levels and be looking for a career move and role where you develop and progress within your career with a highly successful and growing, regional independent firm of chartered accountants.
Job Offer
