As a strong communicator, you’ll be confident in communicating technical information in an easy-to-understand way and providing trusted liaison as clients’ go-to advisor.

Job Purpose
- Manage the tax delivery for a significant portfolio, primarily corporate tax clients.
- Work closely with Partners and Directors to lead a thriving tax team.
- Deliver sound technical knowledge as clients’ go-to advisor.
- Support the firm’s strategic direction by scoping new business opportunities.
- Liaise with clients as their go-to advisor, building trusted and long-lasting relationships.
- Review efficiencies and recommend new processes to improve workflow and ROI.
- Review the work of junior team members, providing supportive mentorship.
- Set an example to the tax team as a proactive and hands-on Manager.

The Successful Applicant
- CTA qualified and/or ACA or ACCA qualified with extensive practice experience.
- Experience within a corporate tax environment.
- Previous supervisory experience, with strong people management skills.
- Able to build a strong rapport with clients, being their go-to advisor.
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge.
- Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire those around you.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and sound organisation skills.
