Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bid Executive to join a dynamic Client Development team within the Marketing department of a well-established firm. This role will play a key part in supporting the business by ensuring the smooth running of the tendering process. The Bid Executive will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date materials and resources, circulating relevant information, and assisting with the production of bids that support business development and growth.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Senior Bid Manager to respond to Invitations to Tender and develop client proposal documents. Utilizing bidding best practices and creative skills, they will craft compelling, customer-facing documents that highlight the firm’s value proposition, legal insights, experience, and the benefits of working with the organization.

This role offers the flexibility to be based in either Exeter or Bristol.
