Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Adviser based in Leeds to join a Financial Advice practice.
This independent and directly authorised firm is looking for a new individual to join their thriving company. They always look to put clients’ needs first and are looking for someone with a like-minded approach to join their fantastic team.
They’re looking to hire at a sustainable rate, ensuring that when advisers join, they receive all the support they need, equally important is ensuring their positive culture and admirable values remain at the heart of the firm. Due to the ongoing success of the practice, they’re looking for another home-based adviser to join them.
They’re offering an employed opportunity with leads provided. They’ve an excellent lead generation model that they pay for, and this certainly keeps their advisers busy. With an in-house leads team that book meetings with hot convertible leads, it cannot be easier for the advisers to build a client base. You’ll also benefit from full compliance, paraplanning and administration support.

Skills and experience required:
· Level 4 Diploma Qualified.
· Currently a Financial Adviser.
· Share values regarding the clients always coming first.
· Although not necessary to have clients, should you, the firm would offer a smooth transition.
· Strong networking and relationship skills necessary.
