Job Title: Financial Planner
Location: Exeter
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded, independent financial planning firm in Exeter, looking for a talented and client-focused Financial Planner to join their team. The Role:
- Deliver comprehensive financial advice, including retirement, investment, protection.
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients while also developing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with a skilled support team to ensure advice is efficient, compliant, and client focused.

Requirements
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) is essential. Chartered status or progression towards it is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success as a Financial Planner with a proven track record of client engagement and business development.
- Excellent interpersonal, technical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A proactive, professional approach with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
