Day-to-day of the role:- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients.
- Manage and update client records on our back-office system, Intelliflo Office.
- Collaborate with product providers and internal teams to implement financial planning advice.
- Partner with Financial Planners to deliver exceptional client service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives.
- Proven experience as an administrator in the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning software and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- Advatageous if you have Intelliflo experience
