Mbf are working with a multinational Financial Planning organisation to recruit an additional IFA Administrator. Our client is known for its exceptional service & multiple industry awards, with a well-established presence at the top end of the industry, they have been providing high level holistic financial planning solutions to clients for 100+ years.

They are now seeking to recruit a dynamic & dedicated IFA Administrator to join their growing team. As an IFA Administrator you will play a pivotal role in supporting one or two accomplished Financial Advisers and will be a vital point of contact for the firms valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Financial Advisers in all aspects of client management and financial planning.
  • Prepare and process client documentation
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and Financial Advisers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage client databases
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings and appointments
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction

To be considered you should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is highly preferred
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial software
