Job Title: Independent Financial Adviser
Location: Exeter
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 + Bonus
This is a new opportunity to join a well-established and client-focused financial planning firm based in Exeter, who are looking for personable and experienced financial planner to join their team.
Due to an increase of clients through referrals and professional connections, they are wanting an adviser to help service some of the existing clients at the firm and also look to onboard prospective clients.
They have an incredibly friendly team who have all been with the business for a long time, creating a collaborative working environment and highlighting their excellent staff retention.
The offers a competitive salary with additional bonus, potential opportunities for equity in the future, PMI and the opportunity to work in a supportive firm.

Role Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Financial Planner
- CAS status and SPS
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning as a minimum (Chartered Desirable)
- Willingness to work towards Chartered Status
- Excellent relationship skills and ability to build report
