My client is a southwest leading group of financial advisers and Mortgage professionals who seek to add to their specialist team and seek a Client Servicing manager which is a client facing Paraplanner.

This role is specifically to Manage the annual review process for all existing pension and investment clients as per the firm’s procedures, specifically for the company directors. This will include scheduling of appointments and all pre and post meeting work required as per set parameters for client service status.

Responsibilities

General -

  • Keep up-to-date with new product, technical or legislative changes within the marketplace.
  • Comply at all times with the Compliance and Training and Competence Procedures of the firm.
  • Comply at all times with the requirements of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and the FCA Principles, Rules and the Code of Practice for Approved Persons.
  • Ensure the highest levels of accuracy, service and professionalism when dealing with clients and team members.
  • Adhering to a clear desk policy.

Specific –

  • Liaise with clients, advisers and support staff to provide ongoing service to existing clients.
  • Manage and oversee the annual review process for all existing wealth clients as per the firm’s procedures.
  • Conduct pre meeting Fact find with existing clients (non-face to face)
  • Ensure all client records on intelligent office and other selected software are kept up to date with relevant detailed information both pre and post review.
  • Liaise with advisers on ongoing transactions for clients to ensure the highest levels of customer service and execution.
  • Communicate quickly and effectively client problems and issues to the relevant parties to enable resolutions.
  • Provide analysis and information on client’s holdings to advisers prior to annual review.
  • Ensure all relevant research, illustrations, fund documentation, ATR and all other selected research and analysis documents as per the firm’s procedures are held on client file pre and post meeting.
  • Conduct and undertake product illustrations for new business relating to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with administrators to deliver on transactions.
  • Write suitability reports and post review letters for existing wealth clients, in accordance with the firm’s procedures

Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills to deal with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge and understanding of FCA record keeping requirements.
  • Ideally have knowledge of Intelligent Office and relevant provider websites.
  • The ability to use and understand the required IT software, e.g. word, excel.
  • Basic investment fund knowledge with some ability to both understand, research and conduct performance analysis.
  • Previous experience working in financial services preferably within Pensions & Investments
  • Excellent organisation, time management and team working within an office environment
