On offer is an autonomous role where you will become a fundamental asset to the business. You will be implementing a compliance monitoring program as a means of tracking the maintenance procedures within the organisation and ensure that the environment, health and safety are set at the appropriate standard to make sure the safety culture is in place.

This modern and rapidly growing company are an industry leading FBO providing base and MRO operations, performing maintenance on a range of different aircraft types including private and transport aircrafts. This company holds UKCAA and ESCA accreditations ensuring a stable pipeline of work over the coming years.

This role would suit an experienced Quality Manager that has a strong aviation background looking to work in a fast paced environment whilst meeting high standards.The Role:

  • Monitor the compliance system with the UKCAA Part 145 airworthiness authority and other approvals
  • Regular updates to the Accountable Manager on the effectiveness and status of safety and compliance systems.
  • Assess and manage sub-contractors and suppliers to meet UKCAA and other requirements.
  • Provide qualified Compliance and Safety Engineers for advisory roles, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Process scope approval additions, report un-airworthy conditions, and liaise with UKCAA on regulatory matters.
  • Oversee hazard identification, risk analysis, safety reports, and manage change processes.

The Person:

  • Form 4 Post Holder
  • Quality Manager experience within Aviation
  • Strong knowledge of air legislation, aircraft maintenance, leadership, training, IT skills
