- Internal Verification / Quality Assurance of Early Years Childcare Apprenticeship Standards, to Level 5.
- Mentor and support a team of Childcare Assessors, to include: supporting unqualified Assessors through their qualifications; induction training; CPD.
- Develop, plan and execute Quality Improvement Plans, driving and promoting continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning.
- Lead regular standardisation meetings, as well as observations of teaching and learning.
- Ensure the timely achievement of learners.
- Update and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.
- Hold a recognised Internal Quality Assurance award (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4).
- Hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Must be an experienced IQA of Early Years Apprenticeships - and ideally Teaching Assistant.
- Occupational competency in Early Years Childcare, at Management level.
- A sound working knowledge of ESFA funding roles and the OFSTED EIF.
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
