This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has recently graduated, has a Passion for Statistics and wants to take their first steps into an Actuarial Career.

You will initially be based in the Pricing Team, pricing activities across Health & Protection Products. Analysis across the business, such as, business mix, claims and lapses. As well as measuring the company's competitiveness in the market place and make suggestions for business improvements where required. 

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Inquisitive and willing to learn.
  • Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills.
  • A strong problem solver.
  • Have a keen eye to detail.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills

Will Have                        

  • A degree in mathematics, statistics or other numerical / scientific subject is desirable
  • Willing to progress towards achieving FIA – Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries professional qualification.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ideally some work experience in an office environment.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
