Job Title: Administrator
Working: 40 hrs per weekMonday-Friday (08:00-16:30)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support (e.g., booking meetings, filing, producing reports).
- Use the Incident Management System to track and escalate security reports.
- Monitor security alarms and handle faults.
- Manage Security Technician schedules, audits, and reports.
- Oversee the Security mailbox and allocate tasks.
- Promote a positive security culture among staff, customers, and contractors.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence and right to work in the UK (5-year checkable history).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work out of hours or weekends when needed.
Desirable: Prior experience in a similar role.
