A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a busy Team who delivers excellent service to Clients and Contractors.
Are you a professional confident Administrator with proven experience in the following?
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organising and scheduling appointments
- Assisting with customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Updating and maintaining filing systems
- Producing reports and collating central information
As a great Administrator you will have the following skills below:
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Attention to detail
