Are you an experienced BREEAM Assessor ready for your next career move? We are working with a dynamic consultancy firm looking for a driven and knowledgeable Senior BREEAM Consultant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform BREEAM assessments for a range of commercial and residential projects.
- Manage client relationships, offering expert guidance on sustainability and environmental performance.
- Prepare and submit BREEAM reports and documentation to ensure certification compliance.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to meet regulations and sustainability objectives.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, guidelines, and sustainability-related legislation.
Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified and licensed BREEAM Assessor with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and project teams.
- Self-motivated and capable of efficiently managing time and workloads.
- Comfortable working independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
