Role Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Chemotherapy Nurse to join our oncology team in Exeter. You will be responsible for delivering chemotherapy treatments, monitoring side effects, and supporting patients through their cancer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer chemotherapy in accordance with protocols.
  • Monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families.
  • Educate patients on managing side effects and treatment plans.
  • Work closely with the oncology team to optimize patient care.

Requirements:

  • Active NMC registration.
  • Chemotherapy administration qualification.
  • Experience in oncology nursing.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Advanced Chemotherapy Administration Certificate.
  • Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient oncology units.
  • Knowledge of clinical trials and research protocols.
