Salary: £60,000 - £70000, Car Allowance + Bonus

About the Role:
Sphere Solutions is proud to be working with an award-winning housebuilder to recruit an Estimator to join their dynamic commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing business, contributing to the financial success of housing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain estimating documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Update build costs based on current sign-offs.
- Collaborate with the Land & Sales team to develop land appraisals.
- Analyse site profitability, ensuring efficient layouts based on cost and revenue.
- Undertake ad hoc measures and pricing responsibilities as required.
About You
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in estimating.
- Trainee, Assistant, or Junior Estimators are encouraged to apply, provided they have prior experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of housebuilding and construction costs.
- Experience using software tools such as COINS and Bluebeam.
- Full UK driving licence required.
