gap personnel are currently recruiting for an Expeditor for their client based in Exeter.
This position as an Expeditor is a key position within the business to assist in the workflow of your assigned portfolio of customers.
As an Expeditor your duties will include:
- Processing orders and ensuring all requirements are correctly interpreted, identifying the right products are purchased.
- Ensuring best pricing, delivery, and terms
- Monitor deliveries from suppliers and advise customers on delivery progress with their orders
- Work closely with assigned relationship managers, ensuring work is delegated effectively with clear deliverables and communication
- Identify new areas of business, and cooperate with the sales team to ensure the best products and services are being offered
