Role Overview:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that promote the growth and development of young children. You will be working within the EYFS framework, providing a safe and stimulating learning environment where children can develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a child’s early education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that adhere to the EYFS curriculum.
• Create a stimulating, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children.
• Regularly assess and track children's development and provide constructive feedback to both children and parents.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child is encouraged to learn and grow.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff to meet the individual needs of each child.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure strong involvement in children’s learning and development.
• Follow safeguarding and health & safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all students.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Previous experience in teaching EYFS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• A commitment to ensuring every child’s needs are met and supported.
• A clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• The flexibility to be able to cover both breakfast and after school clubs throughout the week (paid hourly in addition to the daily rate).
